CureFree helps users discover nearby hospitals, doctors, and healthcare services, and book appointments with ease. The app is intended for individuals aged 18 and above.

2. User Account and Verification

To access certain features, you must:

• Provide your name, mobile number, and optionally your email ID
• Verify your identity using OTP verification or Google Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Data Collection and Usage

We collect the following data to deliver and improve our services:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email (optional)
• Location (if permitted)
• Booking and search history

We do not collect or store sensitive health records or payment details.

4. Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In allows us to access your basic Google profile (name, email) for login and identification. We do not share or misuse this data.

5. Location Services

Location is used to show nearby healthcare services. You can disable this in your device settings anytime.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect the CureFree community and listed providers
• Avoid misuse such as fake bookings or impersonation

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account anytime through the app. All personal data will be removed within 7 working days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in CureFree is protected and belongs to CureFree or its partners. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

9. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated.

10. Limitation of Liability

CureFree is a facilitator and does not provide medical care directly. We are not liable for third-party services listed in the app.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated. Continued app use means acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
